Mike Simms is an award-winning filmmaker based in Newfoundland and Labrador. A product of DIY culture and the early internet, he started making music videos, sketches, and short films long before it became his profession.Today, he develops original narrative and documentary projects while creating music videos and visual work throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. His short film Pearls won Best Atlantic Short at the Atlantic International Film Festival.
